On embarking on the IPI Certification you will work through the following 6 modules at your own speed.
Module 1: Getting started
Welcome, roadmap & how to use the platform
Module 2: The tool itself
Experiencing the IPI questionnaire and report plus underlying push-pull framework, and understanding how the reporting structure works
Module 3: Facilitating an IPI-led intervention
Learning about activities in a corporate and academic context with a focus eon coaching, group-based learning and teamwork
Module 4: Supporting personal development
How to move participants from self-awareness and insight to behavioural change
Level 5: Linking to your business goals
Reflecting on how you can apply the use of the IPI to your people development context

How to order and distribute the questionnaire
We estimate that the programme as a whole will take you around 7-8 hours to complete, including reading the articles, viewing the videos and responding to the tasks and knowledge checks
Your progress towards certification will automatically be tracked by your completion of the modules as well as by your response to knowledge checks. You will also be assessed by a Virtual Licensor on the quality of your response to the tasks set and questions asked.
